Matthew Atkins is Head of Search and is responsible for
the identification, management and delivery of search
assignments.
Matthew joined the Faststream Recruitment Group in 2002 and was
the founding consulting of Faststream's Shipping business. As
the most experienced shipping and maritime recruiter within
the Group, Matthew's knowledge and international network extends
far and wide.
Joanna Hudson - Executive Researcher
Joanna Hudson joined Faststream Executive Search in
September 2010 as the Executive Research Consultant and is
responsible for candidate identification, contact and
administration. Joanna leads research assignments for
executive level roles across the shipping and maritime sectors
globally.
Joanna joined the company after a 10 year career in high-level
customer focussed roles within the travel and tourism
industry.

Ryan Hill is one of the most experienced Oil and
Gas recruiters within the Faststream Group, and is responsible
for the upstream and downstream segments of the energy value
chain.
Ryan manages senior level appointments across Exploration
